Linking up for Target Tuesday!
What are we looking for this week?
Car seats!
Is it really that time already?
These are the Britax Marathon 70. Moo Moo print is pretty cool.
Any suggestions as to what car seat is the ultimate best?!
I don't care about price. Just tell me the best, and I'm on it!

I love my Sunshine Kids Radian XTSL.
We have the Britax Marathon and like it. But I truly think you dont know the "best" until you have had a crash and found out the hard way. But who wants that? You just have to go off word of mouth and ratings. Good luck. Its hard to pick.
I know a lot of people rave about Britax so I am sure they are great, we are head over heels and will not buy anything but the Evenflo Triumph! We just ordered Luke 2 of these asince hers making the switch! They do not have a ton of choices in colors, maybe on another site but we got 2 of this print from amazon, ordered on saturday and they came yeaterday morning so Luke is already rocking it out and loving it! Vincent has one as well, thats when we fell in love theres a crank system to loosend the straps easily and tightenand loosen! Easiest, snuggiest seat ever!

Happy car seat shopping mama! Xoxooxox
Omg i cannot type for crap on my iPad forgive all my incorrect words haha peice of crap!
Oh, I love the moomoo print! Too cute.
I had one of the Evenflos with Lidia. No clue which one it was though... I know Im bad. Anywayyy, Grandma thought both kiddos needed a Britax so now both girls have those. AND? They are wonderful! So much room but still safe. Lidia literally sits back with her hands behind her head chillin while she's in the car and Carly doesnt cry in the backseat anymore so life is MUCH better in the car with the Britax! :)
Britax Marathon ALL THE WAY! :)
But Evenflos are good too :)
I have a Britax Boulevard CS and I love it. When ready to forward face only, we got a Britax Frontier. It becomes a high back booster and can be used until your child is ready to sit in a regular seat.
We love them BOTH! Easy to install and both kids seem comfortable. I like that you dont have to rethread the straps to move them up as your child grows - heaven! I also like the side impact protection (safety AND it gives my children a place to lay their heads while they sleep - no head flops). Overall, we are super happy and have had no problems at all.
I will also mention that I have a 2008 Sienna and I am able to fit three Britax seats in the second row beside one another. (Had a friend with us who had a Marathon. I had all three beside each other installed with Latch and had not problems getting them to fit. I installed the Marathon for my preggo friend, it was easy to install also. You do have to rethread the harness though.)
Good luck!
I just bought the Britax Marathon 70 last night, I really don't think you could go wrong with it! BTW, I got it on Amazon for a great price.
Landon had the cow print one. We loved it, nice and comfy for him!
Hey mama!!
I have the Britax Boulevard as well...it is still in a box in the basement but will certainly be used soon!!
I dont usually post on your page, but you love a deal & so do i. The Britax roundabout in the Kathryn print is going to be on sale for $99.99 at Target (online only) starting at 12am Friday morning. Its their Black Friday in July sale! :)
Britax Marathon 100&
awww I love that MooMoo one!! :) You should get that one!
I love the Moo Moo print car seat!
I LOVE my daughters Sunshine Kids Radian XTsl...like seriously LOVE!! Let me tell you why...first of all it rear-faces to 45 lbs!! And as we all know rear facing is the best, why not keep them that way longer? This way you CAN! It forward faces to 80 lbs with a 5-point harness!! That is a big feature! The "wings" on the side of the seat are adjustable so as she grows they can too. They are long and skinny so they can fit three across comfortably in a small vehicle. They are made of steel alloy and so they are virtually indestructable in an accident, isn't safety the biggest concern in a car seat? They also are very heavy but a nice thing about them is that the seat can fold up into itself (there is a latch, it doesn't just do it on its own) and there are carrying straps so you can wear it like a back pack to carry it. My daughter actually prefers this carseat. She's 20 months old and when we go to get into the truck that has our el-cheapo travel carseat she runs to either of the other vehicles that has her radian (we have 2)! We have a britax in my mother-in-laws car and I like it but I don't love it! It's so big, she has to sit on the side seat instead of in the middle (which is the safest spot) because it sits up so high. The radian, while it is very long, it also sits low to the seat so you can see over it when it is in the middle. My daughter has always been in the 50-60th percentile for weight and at least 97% if not higher (she was over 100% I still don't know how that works) in height! This carseat is one that will accomodate her for a longer period.
OK, I think that does it lol! I am a bit of a carseat nazi so if you have any questions, feel free to ask :)
I had looked into a Britax with Brody but ended up going with the graco myride 65. It was cheaper and it rear faced up to 40bs and front faces up to 65. It is reclined so it is great for sleeping, and being cozy especially if your in the car alot!
Britax rocks. I have one-the BEST THING: you dont have to re-thread the straps when baby gets taller-you just lift a lever :) AWESOME! I have also heard it dubed the 'orphan seat' since it is such high quality its safter for baby than anyone else in the car....a little wierd....but good? HA.
I saw that Moo moo print online yesterday and thought it was cute too! My mom and I have been on the hunt for a carseat.
Get the moo moo its so cute! I have the Britax Advocate in Riveria print and love it. :)
That cow print is to die for..so cute!
i tried to comment earlier, but i guess it didn't go through! :( i know nothing about car seats, but i do know that the cow print one is super cute! :)
LOVE that you posted this today. I actually linked here in my blog post a few minutes ago.
We are looking too, and I will probably go with a Britax. Just not sure which model yet.
Good luck!
Becky! I have finally been able to catch up on your life and Elliana's! Seems like you've been through a lot these last few weeks (hard times at work-family fun get together--8 month milestone-crawling--and of course coupons!!)
Glad to see life is going good--minus work stress. You and E are still beautiful as ever!! still reading and loving the honesty!!! <3 keep up the great work momma!
I heard they were really awesome. We have an eddie bower one. We like it... :)
This has been a TOUGH product for us to decide on for our baby girl! I love reading real moms suggestions instead of just seeing a "star rating" on a website! Thank You!! :)
OOOooo, i love the cow one! cute!
I know Britax are pretty good, but also the most expensive. I have the Safety First carseat for my 3 year old (I did A LOT of researching) and I LOVE it. Let me know what you end up getting!!
