Is it just me, or having a baby make the time go by uber uber fast? {yes. i used uber. twice.}
Sometimes I just want it to slow down a minute.
Monday rolls around too quickly...
but before you know it... it's Friday again.
And of course.. that means the weekend...
which is fabulous and all...
but never seems to last long enough.
So Seriously Thursday it is.
I've had a pretty uneventful week so far...
but not so uneventful that I don't have anything to talk about.

1. Seriously.... can someone please for the love of... Elliana... explain to me this new trend know as Pintrest {sp?}. I mean that's all I ever read about anymore on blogs. Looks like a lot of work to me. Anyone want to try to sell this to me or what? I just don't get it.
2. Seriously.... I got 1.5 hours of sleep yesterday {worked a night shift, came home and ran errands, cleaned, took care of baby}, and it was probably one of my most productive days to date. And energy? Amazing. Where did it come from? No. Stinkin. Idea. But I'm not complaining.
3. Seriously.... Is anyone else totally over Ashley {Bachelorette}. Her shit is seriously getting old. Every episode is the exact same..
"Bentley Bentley Bentley. I love you Bentley. We are soul mates Bentley. Love. At. First. Sight"
Next episode better get good.... now that he is "officially" gone.
4. Seriously.... Elli went through 6 outfits yesterday. Why? Because of her drool. Insane amounts... and she thinks its so stinkin funny. Me? I love putting her in new outfits, so no fuss there. Does that surprise you?
5. Seriously.... I'm ready to get toned... and eat healthy... and all that jazz. However... eating chocolate and being lazy {as lazy as I can be when I work full time and take care of the babe full time} sounds much more appealing to me. Hence the reason I have not gotten motivated. But I really need to do this for my health, for my baby, for myself and my family. Sigh. Now I'm starting to sound like those infomercials. Cut the bullshit... I just want to be a hott ass bitch. {that did make me giggle}
6. Seriously.... I ordered Elliana's 1st birthday invitations 2 days ago. They should be here soon. Her birthday is in November. Am I crazy? Or am I crazy?
7. Seriously.... a couple of days ago, I had 2,910 page views for the day? That's a whole whopping 1,000 more than usual. And I didn't even post anything but I think pictures.... but my title was Overdose... on pictures. Perhaps that had anything to do with it? People googling Overdose. Speaking of people googling... I have a post lined up about google keywords that land people on my blog. It was pretty amusing.

I hated mondays show. I get she has to talk about him for people just joining but honestly shut up about him. so dam annoying. I do have the best idea: lets take a shot everytime she mentions the word bentley next monday. I'm sure we all will be in the hospital getting our stomachs pumped :) thanks for letting me rant!

You are so funny! ;) The pinterest thing is new to me... and I can only go on every few days or else all I would do is be on the computer. If you are ever looking for a picture, it's just a great place to find inspiration. You will probably get hooked eventually... it took me a few days to understand! And... I love the drool, I wonder if she is teething?
I haven't been able to get into pin interest either. I guess I just haven't spent enough time playing with it. I have followers, but only like one thing pinned.
I don't understand the pinterest thing either. I have joined twice and deleted the account after a day. I have no idea what I am suppose to be doing and even how to do it!

I will explain Pinterest to you at lunch ... I was hesitant at first, but now? I love it!!
pintrest is fun! if you install the little "Pin It" toolbar, you just click on it (the little toolbar) every time there is something on a page that interests you and it will "clip" it and save it to your boards. the boards are like virtual corkboards that keep all your images organized and linked back to the original site. it does have to be a picture though, so it works really well for fashion, cooking, home design etc. i use it for saving recipes i like or clothes that i...need...:)

I am so with you on the Pinterest. My friend basically harrassed me into doing it last week, but I don't see the point in it at all. It is like a collection of things you want/like...I don't understand why I need to have a website board for that?!

Yeah I'm totally not into this season of the Bachelorette. I don't really like Ashley that much and the whole Bentley thing just put me over the top. So ridiculous.

You follow people that you think you might have the same taste as & then you get one million great ideas on all kinds of things from clothes to hair, from home goods to pets!
You add a little thing to your toolbar that says, "Pin it" and then anytime you're on a website & see something you like, you click that & everyone can see what you liked & under what category. They may re-pin it for their friends.
You can also search the entire website (not just your friends) for ideas. Sometimes I type in "hair" to get new hairstyle ideas & like hundreds of pictures & tutorials come up.

PINTEREST! Tell me about it!! OMG, another social networking site. First its myspace, then facebook, then blogger, then twitter, now pinterest?? I can't keep up! Not to mention I have something called a LIFE and KIDS and I can't do all this social schmocial stuff.
1.5 hours sleep? I would shoot myself. seriously, I train my kids to sleep atleast 13 hours a night so I can get atleast 9. 1.5??? How are you still alive and kicking?? (nevermind, I know your secret. Starts with a coke and ends with a cain????? mmhmm, I'm on to you)

6 outfits? geesh. I shudder at doing my two boys laundry. it piles up for days and then takes twice that long to wash and dry and FOLD. I never put my kids in clothes, they are just in diapers 24 hours a day. therefore, no laundry.
Im ready to get toned and healthy too. Im ready, Im ready. Yeah, chocolate cake. dont think so. not gonna happen.
